Service is really fast and they try to work with the customer in a way most shops won't.
Bought a new bike during their recent sale. They did not make me feel rushed, despite how busy they were. Their staff is knowledgeable, and they worked as a team. They did their best to help me with a few accommodations I requested. I wasn't 100% pleased with the result- me being a bit of a fussy person- and I was so relieved when they graciously corrected any tiny problem I had without making me feel bad about it. Their customer service was excellent. I am very happy with my new bike, and Rochester Bike Shop.
I walked away with a balance bike for my nephew last visit, nice buying experience.
This bike shop is one that has shown me tremendous service. I went in today shortly after it opened to get some work done on my back tire and aside from the staff working on it in a timely manner, I was able to connect to the staff in a real and personal way. That is always major to me, because even though companies are instinctively about their bottom line at times, it is always refreshing to connect with staff and businesses as the people that we all are and talk on a real note. This is my first ever google review, and Dan and the guys at Rochester Bike Shop deserved it. Keep up the good work!

This is the best bike shop of all time - I send everyone here. RBS has been my go too bike shop for about 3 years, and every visit I walk away extremely happy. I still rarely know what's actually gone wrong with my bike, but I have learned a lot from Zach and Josh who always show me the issue and how I can identify it. In addition to routine excellent service, Zach has gone above and beyond several times. Two years ago he did a custom install of a front touring/commuting rack so it fit around my shocks, last year he let me exchange some tires that weren't working out, and currently, while I figure out what to do with the cracked frame in my only bike/my transportation to work, he lent me a used bike that's been sitting in the shop. I swear if I ever move, I'm going to travel back to RBS for any bike needs.
