This used to be my favorite Marshalls but it has really gone down hill in the last year or so. The store is messy and unorganized and the staff is rude. If it weren't for the convenience of it being located 5 mins from my house I would probably never shop here at all. In fact the last couple of times I've gone I have left irritated and empty handed. Probably won't be going back any time soon.
HORRIBLE customer service. I bought a drink dispenser at another location, a Homegoods/Tj Max location), and when I came in to return it here, the cashier treated me like an idiot for bringing it to a Homegoods/Marshalls location. When I called to speak w the store Mgr, she informed me that they handle this on a "case by case" basis. So apparently they just randomly decided to be rude and deny my return.
Juniata no matter how long the lines are they go super fast and they have a great variety of clothing
It just won't happen. From great prices on current fashion trends, to decorative items for your home, to snuggly blankets and pillows, they have it all.
Don't ever go here with the intention of not buying something
Very busy on Saturday but they handled the line very efficiently and the service was very good.
